Screen printing looks great on a wide range of garments like t-shirts, fleece, and performance apparel. Glitter inks, distress patterns, and halftone printing effects can be integrated into the print process to achieve a unique look. There are no setup fees associated with screen printing, but a minimum quantity of 20 pieces is required.
|
Transfer printing can be performed on almost any fabric, though it does require special care when laundering. A heat-activated adhesive bonds the transfer material to the garment with a smooth finish and stretchable wear. No matter how complex your artwork is, we can find a way to make it look great!
About Us
We are client-focused and detail-obsessed. Our in-house printing and embroidery operations allow us to create a superior product, to have complete production control, and ultimately save our clients time and money.
Locally owned for 40 years
Moore Imprints was established by Jack Moore in 1985 on the north end of New Richmond, WI - offering printing, trophies, and small carpentry services. In 1995 Moore Imprints was sold to Larry & Cathy Olbrantz, who narrowed the business focus to specialize solely in screen printing, while implementing computer graphics software and improving production processes.
|
Nate & Kim Fisher purchased Moore Imprints in 2012. They added embroidery services, established web-presence, and created a retail space for local shoppers. In 2017 Moore Imprints outgrew its location and the Fishers moved the business to the heart of downtown New Richmond on Knowles Ave. There they created The Tiger Shop retail space, added automatic production equipment, upgraded fulfillment technologies, and hired additional staff to ensure the company's continued growth.

What our clients are saying...
|
I can’t thank Moore Imprints enough for their customer service. I have worked with them for about 3 years and they always do an exceptional job. They help me in last minute needs, meeting me to drop off needed items, and help design and find the right items to sell. I have never been disappointed with any item, with their service, or with their price. Thank you so much.

Re-Orders
We keep all of our screen printing and embroidery art on file, and we work quickly with re-orders. We can usually complete these jobs about 7 business days from the time the order is approved.
New Orders
Typically this takes a bit longer than a re-order due to initial artwork setups and proofing. New orders usually take about 14 business days from the time the order is approved. If you're in a pinch, we offer rush orders for an additional fee.
Vector Art - AI & EPS
|
Vector art is layered art, where objects can be scaled to any size without losing the integrity of edges, outlines, and other important design elements. Specialized software like Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW are used to create these files, and are also used to edit and prepare files for printing. Vector art produces the cleanest and sharpest product, making it the ideal choice for screen printing. If you've had a logo professionally designed for you, there's a good chance it was designed using this method. You can save time by requesting your vector art file from the original artist/company. These file extensions are: .ai & .eps
|
Pixel-Based Art - JPEG, TIF, PSD, BMP & PNG
|
Pixel-based images, at the smallest level, are simply grids of color blocks (pixels). When you try to scale an image like this, the individual pixels become pronounced and create jagged edges. In order for us to print or embroider using a pixel-based image, we need to examine it first to determine its viability.
